Can you source a specific gemstone for me?
Yes — sourcing rare and specific stones is our specialty. We have a global supplier network spanning diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, and semi-precious stones. Email us with your specifications (carat, color, clarity, cut, certification preference, budget range) and we’ll get back with options.
Do you provide gemological certificates?
Most of our stones come with GIA or HRD certificates. We can also arrange certification for stones in our inventory if you’d like. Ralph, our gemologist, was trained at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and can advise on the right certification for your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship loose gemstones worldwide via fully insured courier (FedEx/DHL). Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
Can I view stones in person before buying?
Yes — our Beirut office welcomes visits by appointment. Email us to schedule a private viewing and we’ll prepare the stones you’re interested in for inspection.
Do you sell to individuals or only to jewelers?
Primarily to jewelers, designers, and trade clients across the Middle East, but we also work with private collectors and individuals commissioning bespoke pieces. Same quality, same authenticity standards either way.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. We hand-pick from vetted suppliers with verifiable provenance and adhere to the Kimberley Process for diamonds. We prefer suppliers with transparent mining practices.
